Jamie Dred

Jamie Dred is a UK-born DJ and event producer of Jamaican descent, based in Austin, Texas, for over 10 years. The son of legendary sound system selector Lippy and Greensleeves artist Princess Black (of Capital Letters), reggae has been the foundation of his musical upbringing from day one. Raised in England through the '90s and 2000s, he was shaped by the UK's dynamic music scene. After running a successful record label and managing multiple artists and producers in the UK, he relocated to Austin to DJ, produce events, and build community. He produces and manages events with AllTheVibesEnt., where you can expect Soca, Reggae, Dancehall, Amapiano, Drill, Grime, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, and beyond. He also creates learning opportunities through Dub Academy. Jamie holds a residency at Soho House Austin and has played everywhere from London (Carnival) to One Fest (Canouan) and Salibou Fest (The Gambia), plus Miami, New York, Denver, Vegas, Oakland, and more.
