Born in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, and based in San Antonio, TX, he delivers a powerful and authentic reggae sound rooted in unity, resistance, and cultural connection. Inspired by reggae’s revolutionary spirit, he began performing in the early 2000s and made his international debut with Life Is for Living (2012), released on his independent label. He gained wider recognition with Give Thanks for Life (2014), which featured the underground favorite “Rastafari Way” and earned placement on AIRM’s Top 30 Reggae Albums (NY) and Reggae Moods’ Top 15 Roots & Culture Albums of the Year (Denmark). His albums include Sgt. Remo & Friends (2016), Here We Come Again (2019), Jah Neva Leave (2022), Reach the Top (2025), and De Texas A Bogota (2026).
