JACK FREEMAN Houston native Jack Freeman is a standout voice in contemporary R&B, known for his soulful tone and commitment to “making good music and telling the truth.” His third studio album, NINA, released through Freeman Brand and Grammy Award winning producer Bryan-Michael Cox’s creative content company Illustrate New Ideas, marked the beginning of a powerful series inspired by Black women, delving into love, relationships, and resilience. Co-produced and executive produced by Cox, NINA arrived six years after his acclaimed sophomore album Define Love, emerging as a compelling collection of intimate and platonic dialogues and encounters. NINA Deluxe builds on that foundation with nine new tracks that widen the sonic and emotional lens, exploring the good, the bad, and the beautifully complicated sides of love while incorporating house rhythms, bounce influences, and chopped and screwed textures. The project features standout singles including “Shine,” the sultry “U N D R E S S,” with a remix featuring R&B legends Jagged Edge, and “MVP,” co written by Freeman, Adonis & produced by B. Cox, which debuted at No. 29 on the Billboard Adult R&B chart.
