Mika Häkki & Dark Yonder

Mika Häkki is more well known as one of the three members in the band Monolord, who have been playing all round the world since 2015. In 2020 Mika Häkki started releasing music under his own name. What started out as a personal outlet in a singer/songwriter shape, soon switched gears as he started playing live shows and collecting musicians on the way, who started performing under the name Dark Yonder. In 2025 Mika Häkki & Dark Yonder entered a recording studio with the producer Kristoffer Ragnstam to record a full album. "Let Me Take You For A Ride", which will be out on Ella Ruth Institutet in the spring of 2026, was recorded live in just three days to capture that creative energy that the band has together. The first single "Times Are Easy" will be out on all digital platforms on March 6th.
