Following a failed engagement, Louisa "Lou" Klaussner, an aspiring author who pays the bills by writing social media copy for a tortilla chip company, falls into a side hustle writing wedding vows for other people. When Lou reconnects with her college best-friend and long-time crush Warren, she is shocked to find he is the fiancé of one of Lou's wedding vow clients… putting Lou in the middle of a complicated love-rectangle.
